Return and Refund Policy
Last Updated: March 17, 2026At LiteCarry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new handbag. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
- All original tags and protective films must be intact and attached.
- The item must be in its original brand packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@litecarry.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees
We want to be clear about who covers the shipping costs:
- Customer Choice/Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because of a change of mind or wrong selection, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, LiteCarry will provide a prepaid return label via email at no cost to you.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not believe in hidden charges. LiteCarry does not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will receive the full product price back for all eligible returns.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. Please provide clear photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that show clear signs of use, stains, or wear.
- Final sale items or gift cards.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (credit/debit cards) within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
