Shipping Coverage and Costs
Shipping Area: We currently process and ship orders exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Cost: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Order Processing and Delivery Timelines To ensure clear expectations, our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (EST)
Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time (Shipping Time): 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
Total Expected Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking We fulfill orders using established and trusted shipping carriers, including:

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@litecarry.shop. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once the processing phase has begun and the order is handed over to our shipping department, cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order has already shipped, it must be processed as a standard return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lite Carry is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address inputs.
If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be subject to cancellation. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus any administrative or return shipping costs incurred by our fulfillment center.
