We provide a consistent shipping experience with a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders delivered within the United States. This rate is applied at checkout regardless of the number of items in your order.

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, ensuring standard and secure delivery. For customers requiring a specific carrier like DHL, please contact us prior to ordering; additional fees may apply.
4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key. Once your handbag has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the link.
5. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellations: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been processed for shipment.
- Address Correction: If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately at Support@litecarry.shop. We cannot modify the destination once the package is in the carrier's possession.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item. Please double-check your details at checkout.
7. Damages During Transit
While we pack every order with care, if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the product for a quick resolution.
