Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently process and ship orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The total expected delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. This includes a handling time of 1 to 3 business days for order processing, and a transit time of 3 to 7 business days.

How can I track my package?
Once your order is handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking system to update.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The footwear must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@litecarry.shop.

Are there any return fees?
We do not charge any restocking fees. However, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a direct replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed automatically within 10 business days. The funds will be credited to your original method of payment.
