Return Eligibility To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The footwear must be completely unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide detailed return shipping instructions. Note: Do not dispatch items back to our facility without prior authorization and instructions from our support team.
Return Shipping Details For standard returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lite Carry cannot process refunds for returned items lost in transit.
Refund Processing Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days.
The funds will be credited strictly to your original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive footwear that is defective or damaged during transit:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage along with your order number.
Lite Carry will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges We process direct exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. For standard size or style changes, please process a return for the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled entirely if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, the order enters our fulfillment process and must be handled under the standard return policy once delivered.
